The Royal Family- The royal family is the monarchy that oversees everything that happens in the canine London. There are several positions in the family itself, as well as within the guard and those associated with it.

The King~ The King rules everything in London, with the assistance of his advisors. He is in complete control of the canine world. He writes the laws, as well as enforces them.

The Queen~ The mate of the King, the Queen mostly prefers to simply be a decoration, and watches as the King rules. Sometimes she will provide input with a lady's intuition, but she has no real power over the King.

Princes and Princesses~ These are the noble children of the King and Queen, and the next heirs to the throne. A prince will be chosen to succeed the King and choose a wife, while the princesses are married off into other noble families.

Advisors~ The advisor, or advisors, will monitor the status of the public and advise the King accordingly. The King has no obligation to follow the advice of his advisors, although it is usually in the best wishes of the kingdom that he does, as the advisors are the only direct connection to the citizens of London. These are the only dogs who are permitted to travel freely outside of the Castle property.

Soldiers~ These are the King's men, used for battle and hunting. These dogs are usually large and brutish, who have no concerns over the citizens. They are used to protect and preserve the King at any cost. These dogs are only allowed to leave the Castle under direct order of the King, and may only do so if traveling in a group of three or more dogs.

Apprentices~ Usually much younger dogs who are learning to be an Advisor or a Soldier. They usually do the footwork, such as cleaning, running errands, and delivering messages throughout the castle. These dogs may only leave the Castle on direct order of the King, Queen, or an Advisor.

The Citizens- These dogs are the simple townsfolk of London, living their lives under the shadow of the King. Most of them are torn between loyalty and rebellion, but they are fairly average. Citizens are practical and smart, and can travel freely wherever they please and whenever they feel the urge to do so. The citizens do not have ranks.

The Resistance- These dogs are risking their lives to defy the royal family in an attempt to restore peace to the canine world of London. They are defiant, strong headed, and determined to bring change.

The General~ The general is a single male or female dog who has been appointed by the Battalion members to lead the Resistance. This dog can order the Battalion anywhere, and will strategically plan each movement that the Resistance makes in order to overthrow the King.

The Battalion~ This is the group of dogs within the Resistance that act as the warriors of the group. They fight, hunt, and provide for the entire Resistance. They are allowed to mingle freely with the citizens, as most of them are usually former citizens themselves.

The Little 'Uns~ The lowest rank in the Resistance, these dogs perform the footwork of the group until they have proved themselves loyal and worthy enough to advance to the Battalion. Little 'Uns run errands and deliver messages for the General, as well as hunt and spar as part of their training.
